A moist sour cream based banana cake packed with a kilo of bananas (per batch) and loaded with creamy chocolate chips. Finished off with thin strips of bruleed banana.
The Banana Loaf will stay fresh for 4 - 5 days from date of pick-up. Ideally, they should be stored in the chiller and then brought back to room temperature before consumption.
Best served warm with a dab of butter, or if you're feeling a little extra, cheam cheese.
