I'm Cy!

 

I'm a one-man team, home-based online bakeshop. Bald Baker has been a long time personal dream, so please expect everything that comes out of my kitchen to be filled with all the love and passion that I have for the art of baking.

 

The cookies I offer were developed through several test bakes to achieve the soft, chewy, and “bordering on underbaked” texture that I personally LOVE. I opt for high quality ingredients, as well as making a conscious effort to inject locally sourced goods into my recipes whenever possible.

 

Apart from baking, I’m also venturing into my newly found passion for food photography, using my Instagram and blog as an experimental playground.
